At Debajehmujig, we understand the pain and suffering families, survivors, and communities are experiencing as a result of the confirmation of missing children remains at the former site of a residential school in Kamloops, BC.Our hearts and thoughts are with survivors, and those who haven’t returned home. We honour those children.Our small way of not forgetting the past, addressing effects of eliminating indigenous knowledge, culture, and traditions, and the effects upon generations has been through this custom performance of “The New Elders” will be available starting at 7 pm today on our YouTube Channel, and available this weekend for viewing at your leisure.
